These terms explain how Diamonds and Dials supplies products to you when you order through our website, diamondsanddials.co.uk (“website”).

Please read them carefully before placing an order. They explain how we provide products, how you can make changes, what happens if something goes wrong, and your rights as a customer.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that Diamonds and Dials is not affiliated with the brands we sell.

3. Your Order
• Order acceptance: Your order is only accepted when we confirm dispatch by email. A prior payment confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted.
• If we can’t accept your order: We’ll let you know and refund you if payment has already been taken.
• Order number: We’ll give you an order number for reference.
• UK orders only: We only accept orders for delivery within the UK.


4. Our Products
• Product images are for illustration only. Colours may vary depending on your device.
• Packaging may be different from what is shown online.
• If we make products to your measurements, it’s your responsibility to ensure these are correct.


5. Making Changes

If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the change is possible, we’ll let you know about any price or delivery changes before confirming.


6. Delivery
• Costs: Delivery is free (subject to change).
• Timescales: Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of acceptance, but this is not guaranteed. We’ll contact you if there are delays.
• Weekends: Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
• If you’re not home: Our courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If delivery fails twice and the order is returned to us, we may charge storage or re-delivery fees.
• Click & Collect: You can collect from one of our showrooms if selected at checkout. We’ll contact you when it’s ready. Bring your order confirmation and either the payment card used or photo ID.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for the product once it is delivered to your address or collected from us. You own the product once we confirm dispatch.
• Delays outside our control: We will inform you of delays but are not liable for events outside our control.


7. Your Rights to Cancel or Return
• If faulty or not as described: You may have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
• If we do something wrong: You can cancel immediately and receive a full refund.
• Changing your mind: For most products bought online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it (unless the item is bespoke, personalised, engraved, or earrings/opened cleaning products).
• Returns: Items must be in original condition and packaging.

• Items can be returned by post (at your cost unless faulty) or to one of our showrooms.
• Use Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar insured service when posting returns, as you are responsible until we receive them.

Refunds
• Refunds are made using your original payment method.
• Refunds for store returns are processed within 48 hours; postal returns within 14 days of us receiving the product.
• We may reduce your refund if the product has been handled beyond what is acceptable in a store.


8. Price and Payment
• Prices include VAT and are shown on our website at checkout.
• We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal.
• Orders paid with PayPal will only be shipped to your verified PayPal address.
• If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
